Experience city's finest restaurants include BearBrass on Southgate Ave, The Atlantic on Crown Towers, or a floating bar & restaurant called the Ponyfish Island. There are tons of things to do in the city itself which are mostly a quick stroll away. Getting Around: Needless to say, surrounded by trams, cabs, buses, getting around is not going to be a problem at all. We're only a 3 min walk to City Road/King's Way tram stop. Myki is the card you will need for all public transport. When using a Myki card, please remember to always have sufficient value for your journey as hefty on the spot fines apply if you travel without correct fare or do not "tap on." Trips are about $3.80 for a 2-hour journey, but it all depends on what zones you travel in, if you are a concession card holder and if you buy a day pass. Myki cards can be topped up at any 7-11 Stores (7-Eleven Eureka Tower) or at many other shops that display the MYKI logo. MYKI machines are located at major tram stops, train stations and at convenience stores and news agents. Please be aware that cards can't be topped up on trams or trains any longer. Flinders St station is only a 15min walk away from us. 8min walk to Europcar South Melbourne. (56-58 Clarendon St, Southbank VIC 3006, Australia) if you need to rent a car. If you drive, we do have 1 FREE secured parking slot available for you. Other Things to Note: This is a private unit ALL TO YOURSELF and you WON'T be sharing this with any strangers during your stay. A representative will be assigned to check you in in person. Please be sure to notify us of your arrival times so that we can hand the keys to you personally. This pad accommodates 4 adults generously but a max of 8 overnight. Any more than 4 adult guests overnight will attract an extra $14 per night, per additional guest. The sleeping arrangement for the 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th adult would be on a TWO 3-seater sofa beds which folds out to a double with extra quilts, pillows, sheets & covers. The 3-seater sofa bed measurements: - Width: 200cm - Depth: 85cm - Height: 80cm - Seat depth: 70cm - Seat height: 45cm - Bed width: 140cm - Bed length: 200cm Please do let us know before hand if you would like us to pre-make the sofa-bed prior to your arrival. Interaction with Guests: I only interact with guests via AirBnb, What'sApp, Email, SMS or Mobile when necessary. Rest assured, my response time is pretty much instant. I will not be present at this property during your stay. A representative will be assigned to check you in in person. The apartment unit will be vacant (Furnished of course along with the amenities) and it's a private self-contained fully serviced home ALL TO YOURSELF. You WON'T be sharing it with any strangers during your stay. Please refer to my calendar for availability. If your preferred dates are available, please feel free to book 'em. If the dates that you're after are blocked, they are most likely taken. "EASY-TO-FOLLOW" directions to access the apartment unit will be provided once your booking is made.
