There is a gathering place for rainy days with ping pong and foosball. A fish cleaning station is located on the property to clean the catch of the day and of course the beautiful private sandy beach. There is a park located right across the street, where there is a boat launch and a playground with swings. There is a gas grill that take small propane bottles(not provided). Swan is nestled in a small community of houses. Swan is a duplex with a mirror image next door, Dove. Ludington is a great place to ride bikes.
