Miguel’s villa is an absolute dream. It’s peaceful and beautiful. It’s luxurious and spacious. The kitchen and dining setup is a dream for people who love to cook. There are so many places to relax and gather and play, which our group of 6 adults and 8 children needed. Miguel was exceedingly gracious and communicative, going out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. He greeted us with wine, celebrated the end of the week with champagne. He told us fun places to explore in the beautiful town of Xàbia. I hope very sincerely that I can come back again some day. It’s extremely special.

We spent a very nice Christmas family vacation in Miguel's large and well-heated house. The house is located in a natural park right above the sea but also close to a nice village where you can find all kinds of stores. From the house you can easily have nice walks to the sea. It is totally convenient for a family gathering, especially the large dining room, the well-equipped kitchen and sports equipements. Miguel is very helpful and cheerful ; we appreciated the special effort he made for Christmas decorations. We certainly recommend this house.

Estuvimos un fin de semana en familia. Miguel , el anfitrión, es encantador, nos enseñó cada rincón del alojamiento y nos explicó con mucha dedicación y entusiasmo cada detalle para que estuviéramos como en casa. La casa está en una zona muy tranquila y aislada pero de fácil acceso tras sus indicaciones. Dispone de todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. Cuenta con amplias zonas comunes y mucho espacio lo que es de agradecer ya que éramos nueve adultos, dos niños y un bebé. Con la chimenea y la estufa de pelets repartidas en dos estancias estuvimos muy calentitos, además cuenta con radiadores eléctricos y splits de frío-calor en las habitaciones. Es una pasada de casa en cuanto a decoración y diseño mucho mejor incluso que como se ve en las fotos. Materiales de alta calidad, iluminación muy agradable y zonas exteriores (incluida la piscina y zona de parking) que hacen que no te sientas encajonado y con unas vistas espectaculares al Montgó. Por supuesto nos costó a todos tener que irnos el último día, nos encantó la estancia y el trato del anfitrión. Si podemos volveremos sin duda. Hasta la próxima!

Reservamos el chalet para una ocasión especial... Las bodas de oro de mis padres y queríamos que recordaran estos días con mucho cariño... Les ha encantado!!! estuvimos toda la familia con hijos, hermanos y sobrinos, todos juntos y han sido días espectaculares!!!! la casa es preciosa, grande, moderna, totalmente equipada y muy limpia. Los niños tienen espacios para jugar y entretenerse (pista de tenis, basquet y la piscina), incluso el perro estuvo muy agusto con terreno para correr y olisquear. El dueño, Miguel fue encantador, accesible, discreto y muy familiar que cuida mucho el pequeño detalle! seguro que volveremos!!!! súper recomendable!

Me & 14 other guys stayed at the villa for a weekend and what a Villa it is. Slept us all easy, great clean pool and a tennis/basket ball court to keep everyone amused. The owner was very polite and helpful. Bit tricky at first to find but once you do its nice and remote and very peaceful. Everyone who stayed there loved the villa without a single complaint from anyone
