Situated in historic downtown Versailles, Morgan Street Apartment is conveniently located just off Main Street. It's an easy walk to a coffee shop, bourbon bar, ice cream shop, restaurants, bakeries, boutique shops, an antique shop and more. Located above a chiropractic office, you may want to schedule a sauna session or Reiki session during your stay. Bring your dog along and take advantage of our fenced backyard. The apartment itself is on the second floor above the chiropractic office. You'll enter through a rear door and go up the stairs to the second floor. The apartment door opens into a spacious room that doubles as the living room and bedroom. There is a full kitchen to your right, which also has a full sized washer and dryer in it for your convenience. Through the living room there is a dining room that doubles as extra sleeping space. From here you can access the full bathroom. There is also a fenced backyard and patio with a fire pit, seating, dining area and grill. You will have full use of the backyard and patio space, with all amenities out there. My employees and I will also occasionally be in this area, as we enter through the backdoor as well. The office is only open to patients on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, although I have been known to work a few hours on other days, so may make an appearance occasionally.
