Perfect Location

It was ok. Good price and close to beach. Out dated.

It was quite and restful

Needed a cheap place in walking distance of the coliseum to see Tool, and this place is that. Really clean and excellent customer service for a motel. One of the cleaning ladies went out of her way to see if we needed anything, since we were staying two nights. Walking distance to Treasure Bay Casino, Waffle House, a liquor store, tattoo parlor, and the beach. What's not to love?

This is my second stay at this hotel. It’s a budget hotel, but the staff are friendly and professional great location and it’s clean. So if you’re looking for a no-frills hotel that’s clean this one will fit the bill.

You get what you pay for. Very thin walls where if your neighbor turns on the TV / talks / takes a shower etc you can very easily hear them. For what it's worthyou get the minimum expected and nothing more but also nothing less either, at least. It's what I think of wben I think of an okay cheap hotel. Pretty alright.

That was fine. The room need some fixing in the bathroom but everything was working fine. The bed was comfortable enough and the place is quite.

Reasonably priced; clean.

The Mom and Pop hotel from yesteryear. Clean comfortable rooms right across the street from the beach. A good stay for a good price.

Woke to a roach crawling on my shoulder, got up to pee there was one on bathroom wall too , no bags in trash can, frame was too big for bed !! One side frame out from mattress about inches

It was a good place to get a good nights sleep at an affordable price

Put us in a smoking room asked to be moved due to medical issues. They said no rooms left . Asked for a refund but was turned down. But Expedia gave me some extra points to take care of it. Thank you, Expedia

The room looked like they were fixing to tear it up! Bathroom had tiles torn out holes everywhere. The door was stuck like someone had tried to break in. Was suppose to fix but didn’t. It was very very run down. No breakfast like I was told. Very vague about any questions I had!!

Great little place to stay for the money. It's not a gold 5 star resort by no means, but I give it a definite thumbs up. The staff was great and the room was clean and comfortable.

The door hinges were not good. You had to almost kick the door to open it and slam it to close it.

It needs renovated badly. Smells musty. There’s a big crack at the bottom of the door. A very small vanity. I will not go back.

The bath towels had stains but smelled clean , also the sheets were stained. The floor needed to be vacuumed better. When we first arrived there were two police there dealing with a situation with a resident and that made us a little uncomfortable. The air conditioner could have worked better wasn’t cooling very well even on high. Other than this there was no other problems.

Overall we had a great stay. The first room we had the AC didn't work. We were quickly moved to another. 6am the next morning someone tried getting into our room. Front desk assigned them to our room oooppps!! Very close to the shore and restaurants and shops

I do not have super high standards for motels, but this place really didn’t do it for me. My room door frame looked cracked in a way that it looked like the door may have been kicked in at some point. That wasn’t great but not a dealbreaker. Then an unknown woman knocked on my door at 4am. I thought it may have been a prostitute looking for someone specific or soliciting new business. Either way, that took the cake. Reviews for this place are suspiciously high.

Nice, clean and priced right

Price was great staff was friendly. Location was awesome. Hotel is in need of a full makeover. Everything is out dated. Not once could i relax in that room. I killed 4 roaches while i was there. Rags and towels were old and dingy.

The property is older and out dated, however it was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The AC worked well and the walls are very solid. We had a family with 3 very young children next door and we didn't hear anything.
