Awesome home. Room for everyone to have there one space. Clean. Beds comfortable. Loved the birds coming in for the seed. Pool was the best. And every thing you need.

Nice big house with all amenities provided. Kitchen was well appointed with lots of elbow room. The dog had a great time rambling around all the garden and grassed areas and staring at the local wildlife. Beds were very comfy. Short walk into Metung (steep hill) and a great spot to base yourself to explore the wider region - we went to Cape Conran, Orbost, Bruthen, Buchan Caves, Paynesville, and of course Lakes Entrance. The property is on the older side but well maintained. The gardeners and a pool cleaner came during our stay, which we didn't know about in advance but obviously during a busy season we were happy for them to do their jobs. There is a resident bluetongue lizard and some very vocal early birds. Would happily stay again - great for a large group of varying ages.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There was some initial confusion as different websites were describing the house restrictions / conditions differently - and the amount we were quoted when we initially booked was different from what they attempted to charge. So some initial back and forth via email was needed to sort this out but eventually we locked it in. We went with 4 adults, 2 children and 3 dogs. There was an enclosed area for the dogs, but unfortunately as one of our dogs had been recently injured and another of the dogs was elderly we couldn't leave them alone with the third dog who is still an energetic puppy who won't leave the other two alone. So practically every activity required dog accompaniment - which was fine as there's a bunch of lovely walks around and a few nice places to eat. We also spent a good amount of time just relaxing at the property, having a bbq or playing card games. The one thing my wife really thinks the house needed was lamp shades (or dimmable lights). The globes in the house interiors are all quite bright with nothing to diffuse them - she had to do a bit of DIY to rectify this.Overall we had a fun time - thankyou.
