Although we have made efforts to reduce sound transfer, there may be some sound transfer from neighbors. -This is a non-smoking property, smoking is prohibited in units and on balconies or decks per the Manhattan Beach smoking ordinance. Additionally, the beach and Strand Boardwalk are non-smoking -We ask that all guests be respectful and courteous to our neighbors. This includes community quiet hours from 10pm-8am daily. We recommend purchasing travel insurance when booking your stay with us as we are not able to provide refunds outside of our cancellation policies. Taxes: Airbnb is currently not able to include the 14% TOT tax required by the City of Manhattan Beach. As an alternative you will receive an Airbnb resolution request after booking requesting the TOT tax (applicable to both nightly accommodations & cleaning fee). We kindly ask all guests to be considerate of others using the shared spaces. Also, we have a handheld steamer to fulfill your ironing requirements. Community Quiet Hours are in effect daily from 10 PM to 8 AM. All guests are required to comply at all times. The general quiet enjoyment for our neighbors should also be respected outside of these hours. Any complaints received from building management or neighbors regarding noise disturbances may result in booking cancellation. Our cancellation policy will be strictly upheld in such cases.
