This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is very important. Parties ad excessive noisy will be shut down, and possibly incur civil prosecution. In this manual you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. Please note that we have installed cameras outside of the property for safety purposes. There are no cameras inside of the property. There is noise detection software installed on the inside of the home. This device CANNOT record or hear anything that is said, its function is to alert us if noise above a certain decibel level is reached. Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $1000. You are welcome to step on to the back patio and enjoy. Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans and or do the lawn + pool maintenance. They will NOT enter the home. This day may or may not fall during your stay.
