Edison Condo is located just miles away from the popular Nashville hot spots, which are all just a very short Uber or Lyft ride away. A decibel monitor device is installed in the condo to measure indoor volume levels, to make sure everyone gets a good night's rest. Quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM are enforced. 1. Smoking and Vaping - Smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited inside. If the condo smells like smoke after your stay, a fine will apply. Smoking is allowed outside, but please dispose of your cigarette butts appropriately. 2. Quiet Hours - Quiet Hours are from 12 AM to 7 AM. A decibel monitor device is installed in the condo to measure indoor volume levels, to make sure everyone gets a good night's rest. We take noise complaints very seriously and a fine will apply if the noise-monitoring security team has to respond. 3. No Pets Allowed - If our cleaning crew finds evidence of pets, a fee will apply. 4. Additional guests - People other than those in the guest party may not stay overnight. Any other person in the property is the responsibility of the guest. 5. Age and Locals - Per city ordinance, all guests must be 21 years of age or older unless accompanied by a parent. We do not rent to locals unless the reason for the stay has been agreed upon beforehand (moving, etc).
