The view from the window is great. Apartment is spacious and comfortable with modern shower and well equipped kitchen.

Location: there is no way to walk, the roads have no pavement for pedestrians. Only fits if you are there with a car. Be prepared, that the nearest working restaurant is 15 minutes walking along the road with no place for pedestrians, and there are no grocery stores in the area. So get your groceries with you. Check-in: I booked on booking.com, but for the first time I was required not only to submit my passport (two pages), but also a selfie holding my passport (like I was undergoing banking identification process). And after paying for the property and submitting my documents and photo, I could not get entrance instructions, as they required me to sign the rent agreement on a very user-unfriendly website. And they wanted my direct email, as booking.com did not provide them with my contact details. Imagine: you booked an apartment, paid for it, uploaded passport and selfie and want to get inside, but you have to read several pages rent agreement from your phone as you have to sign it. Last but not least, I received an email requesting me to pay city tax, but it was already included in price on booking.com confirmation. Cherry on top: this morning we checked-out and in a couple of hours received an email from the property asking to write a 10 score review, as all the other scores are considered negative.t Taking shower is tricky: it is a walk-in shower, and the water does not go properly, so the whole bathroom and part of kitchen were flooded.
