I have to say, I love my room, it was very clean and comfortable. My issue was with the air conditioner which insisted to stay on cold, even when I program it on heat. The maintenance staff could have been more helpful and that depends if you could find someone to help. The room cleaning staff was very polite and very thorough with their cleaning of the room

Room was advertised with a bathtub which we needed for our 4 year old. Arrived to find that their description is not up to date and because I feel for the third party there's nothing they could do for me and I'd have to contact the third party so basically if you have a problem with any room you book on hotels.com you've already paid for it it's down the cancellation time you're pretty well squeezed they'll tell you to contact hotels.com.

Gave us a room key. Went inside the room and it Was not cleaned from the previous stay. Gave us another room that was mildly clean.

Not the best hotel. Found a piece of s*** in the room as soon as we checked in. Didn't even bother calling the front desk as that would have been a tough one to explain. I can imagine this was from someones pet from whoever stayed in the room before us. They must allow pets as I heard non stop barking in a close by room.
There are families living at this hotel which is completely fine, but they left the workout room a disaster. I tried to go for a run on the treadmill one morning and 1 out of the 3 treadmills was broken. Then 2 out of 3 simply cut out as I was running, and then the same thing happened to the third. Last resort was the recumbent bike which had a peanut butter looking substance smeared on it.
The women at the front desk were very pleasant but the man had a personality of a can of soup with one work responses.

Fast efficient check in. The lady who checked us in was SO friendly. Room very clean and newly updated. We stayed one night and would definitely stay here again in the future

The place was clean, and the staff was very courteous. The only problem was the breakfast. The eggs, muffins, oat meal, orange juice, coffee, and plates ran out almost 1 hour before the end of the breakfast time on the first day, and even when many customers (including myself) complained about it, nothing was done. The second morning went much better, but if the accommodation price includes the breakfast, it should never run out the way it did.

Great employees. The breakfast area was insane. Not enough people working to get food out. Also, I got a really bad rash on my ears and neck from sleeping in the bed…I usually do not get rashes at hotels and I don’t have sensitive skin. Maybe a very strong detergent or too much bleach? Not sure - beware if you have sensitive skin!

One of the bed wasn’t change as there were stains and hair all over it.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Had an excellent stay! We really enjoyed the pool! The complimentary breakfast was delicious! Staff were polite and friendly and they were very attentive!
10/10 on this place we will be back !

I was pleased with the service at this property, from the start even. Yuri, at the front desk accomodated my early arrival which was VERY helpful. The hotel is modern nd well kept on appearance. I particularly like the bathroom in the room although I prefer to have had a tub, the walk-in, sliding glass doors shower is splendid. My bed was comfy nd the added small amenities, fridge, keurig coffee maker, safe, all help to raise the bar on my stay. One of the best things offered at the hotel is the continental breakfast nd all day coffee. Although I did not use either, the hotel also has an indoor pool nd gym for use. This property has a convenient location for my stay in Northyork, as my business affairs were within three miles in either direction. Excellent!

During my stay I had met many people and the meeting area downstairs was very hospitable for us to sit and talk. In addition the staffs were very helpful and courteous. Proximity to the airport and highways provided me with amble time to network.

The way we’re we’re received upon arrival was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The staff was rude. I will never go to this hotel again and honestly will not ever stay at a Holiday Inn Express.

Staff upgraded our room from queen bed and sofa bed to two queen beds at no extra charge!!
Room was very comfortable and clean!!
