Located in Athens, this lovely condo for R 5,470 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. This is a stunning apartment of 125 sq.m. Its decoration is modern, built around some vintage Art Deco furniture from the 30s. It is located right at the back entrance of the Acropolis Museum, and less than 100 meters away from Dionysiou Areopagitou street and the Acropolis metro station. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a typical Athenian building and it can host up to 8 guests. It has three bedrooms: The Green room with a double bed and a private bathroom. The Purple room with two single beds that can easily become a second double bed. The Blue room with a single bed that hides another pull out single bed with quality mattress. In the living-room, there is a sofa with a pull out bed that can host two people. The apartment has 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. You will enjoy having your complimentary coffee during your stay. From the spacious living-room, from the dining room and from the Green room, you can access the front (east) balcony with a view of the Acropolis museum and a partial view of the Acropolis rock. There is one more balcony in the other side of the apartment, in front of the Blue room and the Purple room (west), facing the yards of typical old Athenian houses. You can also request the access of our roof garden (6pm - 8pm) with a great view of the Acropolis and the city of Athens. Up there you can have your coffee or a glass of wine under the Athenian sky, enjoying the spectacular view of the Acropolis! Please note, though, that you are kindly requested to strictly obey the quiet - siesta hours and the rules for keeping the roof area clean and proper. The apartment has a fast Wi-Fi connection, a 32HD led TV with a web browser and air-condition units in every room. Of course the beds are already made-up, with fresh ironed sheets from top quality brand. Furthermore there are clean towels for every single of you. My family and I spent 6 nights at this apartment located right under the Acropolis and near the Plaka neighborhood. It was a fantastic location and the apartment was as described. There are many restaurants near by and a great bakery right around the corner. George arranged pick up and drop off at airport and everything went seamlessly. He also arranged daytrips for us. We had a private van and a fantastic driver Vasilis. I would highly recommend this apartment and doing some day trips out of the city if time permits.

Family trip to see Greek cousins and visit sites to learn our heritage, culture and traditions. All the key sites were in walking distance. Parthenon Museum just around the corner. The flat was clean and comfortable for our family. Night view on the rooftop is wonderful. Pickup and drop off shuttle service for airport was well worth it. Already planning our next visit and will stay here again. Opaa!

Wonderful, spacious apartment near the backside of the Acropolis Museum and the south entrance to the Acropolis. Two blocks from the Plaka and the museum and South entrance to the Acropolis. Everything you need is right out your door. A wonderful bakery, coffee shop and a market are just around the corner. An easy walk to most everything around the Acropolis and if you want to venture further there's plenty of available taxi's as well as the Hop On Hop Off tour buses just behind the Acropolis Museum. The apartment building also has a lovely roof top deck that is open each evening.

Is very close to the Acropolis and the museum and plenty of wonderful shopping and excellent food! I highly recommend the personal tours offered by Meno. The drivers were very courteous and knowledgeable made it very easy to get from our cruise ship to the property and back to the airport and a day tour.

The apartment manager George was incredibly communicative and kind to us before, during, and after our stay. Nothing but kind things to say about him and the place he had us stay. Walking distance to the main sites and right near the heart of Plaka and

This property was spacious for our family of five. The owner had a driver waiting for us when we got off the plane. When we arrived at the house, the driver was very informative about rules of the home and places to visit and eat. The location was in close proximity to the parthenon, shops, and restaurants. It was also very quiet, safe, and best of all, we had air-conditioning. The only issue we ran into was a miscommunication to get a ride back to the airport. It all worked out, and we got a taxi. I would just suggest to be sure to email George a couple days before if you need to arrange transportation. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

The apartment itself is lovely…upon arrival we were greeted and brought in to pay our security deposit. The credit card I used to originally pay for my stay had been compromised while I was traveling and due to my being abroad I wasn’t able to access its replacement.
George wanted to put the security deposit hold on the credit card I originally used for payment and when he heard it was not active he told me he would have to charge me again for the original payment on a different card as the security deposit and original form of payment had to be on the same card. He said he would refund my original payment. This raised some concerns for me but I went along with it and asked for a receipt of the refund be sent to my email as he could charge me but not refund me on site. I called the office later that day checking on the refund as I had not revived an email. I was told I could not be refunded until George brought in the receipt of the new charge. Twenty four hours later after two more calls I did receive a screenshot of an email in Greek telling his bank to refund me. Here we are two weeks later and I still have not received this refund though. George tells me “there is nothing else he can do. It is the matter of the banks now”

European apartment in great location. Close to restaurants and markets. Easily accommodated 5 of us in 3 bedrooms with fast working air conditioning. Apartment was on 3rd floor (by American standards) and building had an elevator that was small but handy. There were some steps between the front door and elevator. Rooftop access had amazing view of Acropolis and surrounding city. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

Apartment is cute and very functional. Sleeps a family of six quote easily. It is in the centre of the action yet in a quiet street. You can walk pretty much everywhere from here. George was very kind and let us in early to store our luggage. We arrived early so had to leave our luggage at the apartment to get lunch. The apartment was clean and ready by the time we came back.

We had such a wonderful time in Athens! The apartment was clean and inviting and the view of the Acropolis from the balcony was amazing. There was plenty of room for our family of 6 and it was such a short walk to a wonderful museum, grocery store, and a market street that had everything from restaurants to jewelry and custom-made sandals. The day trip packages George offers are also outstanding. We requested all of them and loved every single one. We truly did make memories for a lifetime and are so glad we made the choice to stay here for our family vacation in Greece.

Location to Acropolis and Museum can't be beat
Access to the sky garden, while a spectacular view and worth the effort, is very restrictive. You have to plan you 'sunset' and dining hours around it.

This Place is NICE!
The apartment was nice and it easily met our needs. There were a few items that should be mentioned to help set expectations. The apartment is very close to the Acropolis Metro stop, but it's still in a quiet neighborhood. The view is from the roof top and it was not open during our visit, which was okay because we spent our time visiting the sites. Lastly, the bathroom faucets did not have hot water. I believe this is normal for apartments in Athens. There was ample hot water for showers and to do dishes. Overall, we felt blessed to have this very nice apartment!

A very comfortable apartment in an amazing location
From the very beginning George's communication gave us confidence that the property would live up to expectations and it certainly did.
The location was perfect - 10 minutes walk from the Acropolis and the Metro, the Plaka etc. but in a quiet residential area. Bakery, Bar and Supermarket within 5 minutes walk.
The apartment itself was clean, spacious and very comfortable with all the amenities. What more could one ask? Our stay in George's apartment was wonderful.

All around solid apartment
Anyone looking for a solid, budget friendly option with a fantastic location should strongly consider this property. George was very timely in his communication and generally a great person to deal with. The apartment is well laid out in an open concept, nicely appointed rooms. The location is really what makes it stand out, though. Everything you need is in walking distance (under 1 mile). The only minor items were the fact you have to ask for special permission during special times to get up to the rooftop, so you may not get those spectacular views otherwise. The beds were great, but harder than US (could very well be typical in Athens, though). I would not hesitate to go back, and my kids loved it as well which was a big win. Thank you!!

Highly recommend
Five of us stayed in this lovely apartment. It’s a beautiful large space, with a large living room, balconies everywhere and lovely decor. The location is just the best. 5 minute walk from the Acropolis, lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Walking distance to all the main attractions. It’s so homely and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Happily recommend it to anyone and hope to be back soon.

Fantastic Stay in the Heart of Athens
The Modern Vintage Apartment by the Acropolis Museum is a fantastic property located less than 100m the Acropolis Museum, very close to the Acropolis itself and within walking distance of the other major attractions of Athens. The apartment has been very tastefully renovated had as enxcellent kitchen, 3 really good sized bedrooms and 2 good bathrooms. Th building itself is highly secure and has a lift. The check in was extremely easy and George was more than happy to help with any question that we had. We could not be happier with our stay.

Perfect location for seeing the Acropolis and surrounding sites. Very safe and walkable neighborhood. Great restaurants right around the corner. Apt. was perfect for two couples with plenty of space and no issues with A/C, hot water or use of washer.

Spacious near everything
Very spacious and clean apartment, ideal for large families or 2 couples with a few kids. Lots of living space, nice bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The piano was a plus, my girls missed ours. The apartment is very well located: steps away from the Acropolis Museum (a must see) and less than 1/2 a km to the Acropolis itself, Plaka and other major sites, and plenty of good restaurants. Convenient location around the corner to restaurants, a grocery store and an awesome little (and cheap) coffee shop. George, the owner, was very responsive and helped with some of the details of our stay. Would definitely recommend to friends.

FANTASTIC APARTMENT, FANTASTIC LOCATION
We were delighted as soon as we walked in the door – if anything, this apartment is even better than the listing shows/describes. Very stylish, very spacious, very comfortable and very well-equipped. The air con and wifi are great and everything is spotlessly clean and functional as well as good-looking. The owners were easily accessible and super-helpful. Altogether, I think you would have to work pretty hard to find fault with this apartment.
We came as a couple with two teenagers so we had plenty of room. I think this apartment would work for a family of up to six or for three couples. The single room makes a nice twin also – small most certainly, but the beds are good sizes, which is what matters, and there’s a lovely sunny balcony. The second twin is definitely bigger with plenty of storage space and it shares the same balcony. The view is indeed of typical Athenian yards, but that is so much more romantic than it sounds! Both rooms are very bright. The modern shared bathroom has a big, efficient shower with ample hot water.
The master bedroom with en suite is very comfortable and the situation in the apartment means it’s quite private from the other bedrooms.
The location of the apartment is perfect – peaceful but just a five minute walk to the Acropolis and the Acropolis Museum (both amazing, of course), a few minutes to the National Gardens and a short stroll from the heart of Plaka with its endless picturesque bars, tavernas and shops. Athens is obviously hot and hard work in summer so I would highly recommend a central location.
A few minutes away you have a great gyros café (2.5E) next to a gelato shop (2E) – the perfect lunch for hungry teenagers. The bakery was closed for the holidays while we were there but the supermarket was very useful.
I particularly liked:
* Beautifully laundered, good quality bed linen and towels
* A welcome supply of basics on arrival – tea, (proper) coffee, dishwasher tablets, laundry capsules, shower gel and shampoo, salt, pepper and oil etc
* All the beds are very comfortable
* Sitting on the front balcony with a coffee in the late afternoon, watching the sunlight on the leaves of the trees outside the apartment. Simple pleasures!
In a nutshell, the owners clearly care a great deal about their apartment and their guests and it shows; I would very happily return or recommend this apartment to friends and family. We absolutely loved it and even the

Great place for 6 people. Convenient to metro and eating places. Keys were a little tricky to use (they went in up or down, but only worked one way). No parking in area if renting a car. Rental company (Advance) was very easy to work with 4 blocks away. Safe neighborhood. Very happy with stay and I would stay there again!

Ideal Location for Visiting Athens
This well appointed apartment is just two blocks from the Acropolis Museum and the Acropolis itself. From the fourth floor terrace you have a close and beautiful view of the Acropolis. Many fine restaurants are within walking distance, as is the subway. George, the property manager, was very helpful before, and during the stay. He arranged my middle of the night airport pickup which was so appreciated. We were most pleased with the apartment.
