Very nice, but too expensive for what you get

The staff was very very friendly, the swimming pool was huge, and the views were stunning! The bed was super comfy and the television is amazing.

It's a huge resort but unfortunately there were only a few guests. When having breakfast and dinner, there were more employees than guests in the restaurant. We had dinner on 2 nights, the first night the food and service were great. The second night, they got our order wrong, and when we finally got our order, the food was cold. Also, we didn't see the waiter anymore after she took our order..... The resort has a lot of potential, but it doesn't show for the amount of money you pay. Staff is friendly, but the procedures and way of working need review and improvement.

Overall nice experience

The staffs were very friendly The beach was located right next to the resort Good breakfast

The swimming pool floor was all slimy. The pool water was full of dead insects and leaves. The glass table placed at the room balcony was not mounted to its stand. When my child placed his hands on it, it just flipped and shattered.

Greit sted når det er flere gjester.

Frokosten av bra. Det var mye å velge mellom. Ellers var menyen til lunch og middag litt sparsom. Kanskje var det fordi det var så lite gjester.

Vi synes det var trist at det var så få folk/turister på anlegget. Vi satt flere ganger alene i den store spisesalen og det er ikke særlig hyggelig.

如果再去古晋还会选择这家酒店

酒店很新，景色也很美，服务人员都很nice，是个非常不错的体验。我们去的时候可能是工作日，酒店里的客人很少，很开心能享受到美好而安静的时光。浴室和卫生间都安装了把手，老人住起来很安心。

房间隔音太差了，虽然酒店有把电视的音量锁定到11的level，但是旁边房间聊天的声音依然听的很清楚。以至于我们不敢在房间里大声说话。没有浴帘是个灾难，每天浴室都是湿漉漉的。但是浴室的地板是防滑的，所以还好。

Not worth of money

Was supposed to entitle for one person breakfast but didn’t managed to dine in as management staff said there’s no breakfast entitled to after checking with the counter at the main lobby. In the end upon checking out, there was actually breakfast & was initially told to pay for the breakfast even without having it. The staffs only got us a packed of simple breakfast for take out (which i got during lunch hour) On a side note, the main swimming pool was dirty with lots of mosquitoes

Very good

Newly renovated beach resort. Staff were warm, helpful and welcoming. Rooms were clean, bright, bath amenities were from L'occitane which were nice touch. Room decor gave a sense of grandeur, with wooden furniture and golden embellishments. Room came with complimentary pastries and bread. High security as only hotel guests and no outsiders were allowed into the resort. Good selection at breakfast buffet spread. I liked that they gave my daughter a colouring sheet and colour pencils while waiting for dinner to be served. During my stay it was rather quiet maybe because during weekdays. Beach was nice, kayaking was free. Very peaceful and calm holiday spot if you are looking to escape from the busy hustle and bustle of life.

As the resort is still under ongoing renovations, do expect certain facilities to be unavailable (the children's swimming pool was closed during my stay). There are contractor workers around the resort doing the landscaping works etc. I wished there were more food choices on the all day dining menu. I found there wasn't much to do. But a few suggestions worth taking into consideration to make this place even better: 1. Children's playground, indoor playground, or children's clubhouse to keep young ones occupied 2. Complmentary capsule coffee machine in each room 3. More intagrammable photo areas 4. More areas to lounge and relax around the report (hammocks, bean bags, lounge chairs) Booking.com mentioned there was gym, spa and massage centre. But was not aware of it. Would be good if each room had a brochure/pamphlet of activities or facilities available at the resort. The resort's potential is quite promising. I hope when I come back in the future, it would be much improved.

Reduce the price

Breakfast was OK. The location is perfect. Nice to come back after a long renovation.

Price is 4-5 times higher than before renovation.
