الغرفه كانت ضيقه حقيقةً ولا يوجد بها صوفه أو كنبه للجلوس .. إضافه إلى أصوات العماله والمعدات لان الموقع كان تحت الإصلاح في بعض مرافقه

Location and reception.

Management is very bad. I turned on the microwave then it turned off. They say nothing to me. When I leave the reception said the manager instructed us to take 300 SR. for the microwave I said it’s not my mistake, they said the manager will force us to pay. I paid it just for the guys in reception and the management shift.

The rooms were clean

Worst value for money hotel I've been in. I rented an executive suite. It was large but offered little in the way of amenities. They gave us 1 towel. I asked for another and it never came so I had to go to reception the next morning to get one. Really cheap on water. They gave us 2 small bottles and told us we had to pay if we wanted more. The kettle cord and water tank in the bathroom were wrapped in electrical tape. Tiny fridge. The bathroom didn't even include a separate shower. There was a shower nozzle in the washroom so when you had a shower it flooded the toilet and sink. Not even a squeegy to take the water off the floor. I paid SAR 945 for 1 night only. No breakfast. Outside on street parking. Will never stay there again
