This is a beautiful condominium with amazing top floor views overlooking pool, lake, and steps distance from North Harbor Club which offers amazing food complemented by waterfront ambiance of Lake Norman. Also, in the cove and walking distance is The Cottage-wine bar and The Cabin- cocktail bar both have live music on the weekends. 5-minute drive to the charming town of Davidson- Downtown which is lined with an eclectic array of locally owned shops, galleries, and restaurants with The Village Green at the center. The Green serves as the social hub for the Town's annual events such as the Concerts on the Green music series and provides Davidson College with a venue for its outdoor events. Two Comfortable Bedrooms- Master bedroom has view of lake and pool. Amazing living room with fireplace and smart tv. Freshly remodeled kitchen with new appliances and fully stocked for those who love to cook like the owner, trails for walking, tennis and pickleball courts. Condominium has one bathroom- bath towels, pool towels provided. Utilities include- Washer and Dryer, high speed internet, trash, smart television in sitting room. Minimum 3-night stay. Please note the home does not allow pets of any kind.

Comfortable, clean and just perfect for me. I was visiting Davidson college for the weekend. This place was a great location and very cozy. The host was gracious and responsive. Highly recommend.

Had a wonderful time exploring the quaint town of Davidson. The school and town were gorgeous. Staying on the lake in your cute condo was the icing on the cake. The condo had everything you would need, great location, and very cozy. We had a great time.

We came for a 4-day weekend to attend a concert. The location was great. Close to the freeway which allowed easy access to Ubers. The place was very clean. The check in process was very simple. Loved the deck overlooking the pool & harbor. Quiet neighborhood

Perfect place for a long weekend with our family. Condo was clean, kitchen was well equipped, close to restaurants, wine bar, grocery store and many other stores .

Our condo stay was excellent with our 2 small children. The condo is a top floor with direct view of the pool and harbor from the porch. We made full use of the pool that had steps into 3ft with depth of 5ft max. The condo was very clean, comfortable for sleep, and had everything we could need and more. Beach towels were very helpful! The smart TV and Alexa helped with entertainment needs. It is located very close to Davidson for any shopping or dining and extremely easy to get on/off of 77 for travel around Lake Norman area or to Charlotte. The owner was very responsive on any questions and a great host. We'd recommend and stay again.
While located across from the harbor & I-77, the road noise was not noticeable from inside as the bedrooms are located on the opposite side. While we did not use, the pickleball courts looked nice and in daily use.

Stayed here for a few days for our first stop of a long road trip. Nice condo. Clean and quiet with everything you need. Convenient to downtown Davidson.
