SECOND LEVEL Walking upstairs you will find our second queen bedroom, and a large loft space with a king sized bed and a full size futon. Also on this level is a desk with a printer for working vacations, a full bathroom with a standing shower, and a laundry room equipped with a stacking washer and dryer. HOME TRUTHS - PARKING: Parking in driveway will fit 2-3 cars, parking is not permitted during winter months. - BEAR BOX: located in driveway for all trash disposal, extra bags available - A/C: Like most homes in Lake Tahoe, our home does not have air conditioning. - BACKYARD: The backyard is usually snow covered in the winter months so outdoor furniture may not be accessible. - SNOW REMOVAL: Snow removal service will remove snow in driveway while cars are not parked, stakes are there to guide the snowplow, remember to keep stakes intact. - UNCONTROLLABLE CIRCUMSTANCES: Tahoe is prone to wildfires and other seasonal weather events. We are not responsible for uncontrollable circumstances inherent to Lake Tahoe such as poor air quality during wildfire season and snow during the winter months.
