Located in the heart of Seattle, our spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath condo has stunning water and city views, including a peek-a-boo view of the Space Needle! Mere minutes from Pike Place, The Space Needle and some of Seattle’s best restaurants, our home is the perfect getaway for families, business travelers and solo adventurers. Our home has modern furnishings, an HD television in the living room, and a smaller flat screen in the master- both equipped with Rokus. In this space, you will have 2 brand new king sized beds- one in each bedroom, a premium sleeper sofa (it is actually comfortable!) in the living room, and a memory foam folding floor mattress to add an extra sleeping option when needed. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped to please any cook, and there is a brand new washer/dryer in the condo for your convenience. Tall oversized windows throughout the condo provide plenty of natural light and expansive city and water views. Our home also includes wireless internet and a large electric air conditioning unit. We have one of the rare homes in downtown Seattle that has 2 full bathrooms and a reserved parking spot in our secure garage! The building complex has a garden courtyard with fountains, a gym, indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, spa, large club room and a stunning roof-top deck with barbecues. Wonderful location in the heart of it all! Most things in walking distance to all of Seattle’s sights! Condo was clean & the perfect place for two couples in between all the sights! Great food and bars within the block! Would definitely stay here again!

Apartment is exactly as advertised and owners are very responsive. There are no strenuous rules and it’s helpful that the building is arranged to support vacation rentals. Very secure. The rooftop patio is wonderful and pool area was clean and nice. Be aware that Belltown isn’t a quiet area, but it’s perfectly located for sightseeing.

Good location in Seattle. Check in process was smooth. However, when we opened the dryer, we found that they had stuffed a HUGE pile of the rooms linens in the small/apartment sized washer/dryer. I wish I could submit the picture I took to show how full the dryer was. It couldn’t even fully dry that load of laundry and it was already smelling sour by the time we got there. No way the bed sheets/towels, etc can get clean when they try to wash everything in one load. Let the owner know what we found and the sour smell to the laundry. Also relayed my concerns that the linens left for us to use were not clean since this was apparently how their cleaning service did the laundry— my babies were using them! She offered to come pick up the sour smelling laundry but said they were “clean” and dismissed my concerns. If you are the type of person that puts so much laundry into the washer/dryer that it can’t even agitate/rotate/operate properly and can consider that clean (with who knows who else using those linens), then this apartment will work great for your stay in Seattle. If, however, you’d rather know your linens were actually washed properly, especially given the price of this room, I’d look elsewhere.
