Excellent Apartment in Gueliz close to downtown Marrakech.

I booked the apartment for a last-minute trip to Marrakech, but the provided contact number was inactive. I had to wait next to the apartment for over 30 minutes with no response, and the night approaching, I was forced to secure a booking in another place. The host messaged later, but I had already found an alternative accomodation. Unfortunately, he declined to refund the two nights, citing staff expenses. Instead, he offered a discount for a future stay, which wasn't appealing to me.

There wasn't no hair dryer
A lot of dust in the bedrooms
Just two towels ( one of them was dirty)
Bad smell in the bathroom
the concierge didn't speak English
The landlord ask me to leave him 10/10 reviews without reason
No water in the swimming pool , dirty
