The decor was very cute and pleasent and everything was nice and clean.
The whole flat stinks like mould, even though all the windows were open and the dehumidifier was running. There is signs of mould by the main bedroom windows and the smallest bedroom in the cupboard is riddled with mould/damp.
There is a family living above with thin wooden floors with dogs who have separation anxiety and bark, whine, and scratch into the night.
