Location was perfect as only a few minutes away from legoland and this was the reason we booked

On arrival there was no key safe or anything being said about where the keys were to enter the property. I rang the telephone number and waited outside for around 15-20 minutes only to find the key left under the doormat. The property was clean but all the glass was dirty and had fingerprints and water marks all over it, shower glass, mirrors, tv etc. bathroom bin hadn’t been emptied. There were no cooking utensils so cooking dinner was a challenge. Also wasn’t aware of parking and was told we were unable to park on the driveway so had to move the car. Nothing major but all little things that guests should be made aware of. Otherwise a good stay but was only for one night.
