The beautiful property is nestled in amongst a very local community on Motu Iti - a very convenient 5 min drive from Maharepa. The large sliding electric gate with clicker was great for that added feeling of security when both in and out of the property and the large hedges surrounding the property were nice for that feeling of privacy as as the neighbors are all very close . Lovely pool with outdoor shower and sun beds. 3 very spacious bedrooms all with fans and lots of storage space. Lovely seating area outside. Nice big kitchen. Washing machine and plenty of clothes lines outside to hang dry clothes. Really fresh, clean home with all the modern facilities you'd need. Appreciated the thoughtful smaller details such as coffee, salt, pepper, oil, shampoo, soap etc. Plenty of towels both for bathroom and pool use. Vibrant cheerful colour schemes around the house and some beautiful art to enjoy on the walls and counters.

Tiny living room area with not so comfy furniture but honestly, when you're visiting Mo'orea you shouldn't be spending too much time in the living room watching TV anyway so it wasn't a big deal for us. We used the living room one night to watch a documentary about humpback whales and the 2 seater couch and abstract chair made for a somewhat uncomfy hour for the 3 of us (3 girlfriends) but again, we didn't book the villa with a view to cozy-ing down in the living room so it didn't bother us that much. The garbage bins out in the back yard hadn't been emptied and were somewhat smelly but we didn't go out there apart from to hang clothes one time and to put our garbage in them upon checking out so again, didn't bother us that much. Upon exploration we couldn't find the ocean access that was mentioned in the listing so after wandering around the neighborhood a couple mornings hoping to have an early morning dip, we gave up. We had a car so instead drive to the awesome Temae beach only 5 mins drive away.
