Large space, not cluttered at all. Professionally cleaned sheets and towels. Sofa bed was solid and large. Tv in lounge and bedroom, only the lounge is tuned to live TV, need to log into a streaming service for the bedroom. Large tesco a short walk away. Perfectly positioned for the Iron Bridge Museums. Very powerful shower that could get very hot if desired. Very simple heating controls. Signposted parking spot for one car.

Mattress was woefully cheap and bouncy with no structure to it at all. Bathroom accessories need a bit of attention and deep cleaning, e.g. toilet seat hanging off, shower caddy slimy, toilet roll holder falling apart, soap dish flaking it's paint. Shower drain needs attention as draining slowly threatening to flood the bathroom. Every glass, plate and knife in the cupboards was dirty. Not just poorly cleaned, but clearly put away with just a rinse. I feel this should be checked after every guest. We were unable to enjoy the patio area as very large planters had been positioned, but with no drainage. Following the severe rain these were just tubs of dirt water and the entire roof area flooded despite the fake grass. I dread to think of the damage these are doing to the downstairs property.
