Parking space to 2 vehicles in front of garage (sorry garage is not available for guest use) which is accessed from the alley. Yard space is shared with outdoor metal dining table for 6. There are 2 bedrooms with King and Queen beds with memory foam mattresses that many guests find very comfortable. 2 Smart 4K Roku TVs, Fast WiFi, and a fully outfitted kitcen plus a washer/dryer in unit. The single bathroom does have a shower/tub combination and 1 sink. Family friendly items provided: 1 pak & play (no sheets), booster seat with tray, and umbrella stroller along with child utinsils and plates/cups. The Sofa in the livingroom pulls out to create a queen sized bed and the ottoman folds out into a small single bed appropriate for kids. In the summer there is a portable a/c unit and fans for the bedrooms. There is a gas stainless steel stove and full sized refridgerator. A Keurig with a selection of coffee, tea, and hot cocoa are available along with creamer, sugar, & stevia.
