Nhân viên tuyệt vời vui vẻ, phục vụ nhiệt tình. Phòng nghỉ sạch sẽ, được trang bị đầy đủ tiện ích. Bể bơi ngoài trời rộng, không gian in tĩnh, thoáng mát, nhiều cây xanh. Nhất định gia đình tôi sẽ quay lại.

Resort rất yên tĩnh và khuôn viên không quá rộng để cảm giác lạc lõng. Phòng ốc cực đẹp và có phòng tắm mở rất thoải mái. Hồ bơi vô cực là điều đặc biệt nhất của resort này. Nhân viên hỗ trợ rất nhiệt tình và chủ resort rất ân cần tư vấn mọi thứ cho tôi. Gần khu tập trung giải trí Vin wonder và safari. Chắc chắn sẽ đưa gia đình và bạn bè vào đây để hưởng 1 kỳ nghỉ nữa. Tuyệt vời!

Chẳng gì phàn nàn khi chọn nơi này với giá tiền rất đáng giá.

Island Lodge Phu Quoc appears to be a family run accommodation. The staff there are nice and friendly. The Lodge is located in the very remote/back streets of Ong Lang. The lodges are very neat and the pool looks brand new. The bathroom has an outdoor feel, which I personally really liked. The lodge has bikes and helmets that you can borrow for free, and also had motor bikes that you can rent. The lodge felt very secluded, which made it feel very peaceful. The lodge is also very cheap in comparison to other hotels around Ong Long.

I planned on staying here a full week however I only stayed here for two nights for the following reasons: - While staying here I was the only guest here. I’m not sure whether that was because of the time of year I chose to visit Phu Quoc (end of October), but as a solo female traveller, this made me feel quite unsettled during my stay, particularly because of how secluded the location of the lodge is - Whenever I wanted to ask a staff member a question about activities in Phu Quoc or if I wanted a taxi ordered for me, there was no staff to be seen. Although booking.com stated that they have a 24 hour service desk, there was never a staff member sitting at the front desk consistently. Staff didn’t check in with me to ask how my stay was or see if there was anything I needed, until I informed them that I was planning on leaving - As a solo female traveller, not being able to have a taxi ordered for me really impacted my ability to go out and do things at night time Another thing to bear in mind is that although they do serve breakfast, it is not a buffet breakfast (this may have been because of the fact that I was the only one there). They do serve dinner but it appears that they order their dinner menu options from other local restaurants, so the dinner food isn’t cooked fresh in their kitchen. The mattress in the room is very hard, but I have a feeling a lot of other accom options in Phu Quoc have very hard mattresses too.
