The house is huge, a little dated but beautiful!! Loved that the bedrooms were on opposite sides of the house. The wildlife was beautiful, we even saw a small javelina! Perfect location for us!

We had such a great visit to the Ranch! We had no issues with communication or anything at the house. It was perfect for two couples and three kids on a family getaway from Phoenix. We love page springs and cottonwood, so it was a great location to visit our favorite places but also just hang back at the ranch to relax and cook a meal and rest. We will definitely be back!

I cannot say enough amazing things about this home and the property manager, Garrett. The home is so comfortable and clean and the views and wildlife from the front and back patio are absolutely breathtaking. A quick stroll down the drive you find yourself on the Black Hawk Trail enjoying the shade of tall cottonwood trees, the wildlife the game and fish hatcheries attract and the beauty of the Oak Creek greenbelt all around. And the location cannot be beat. Just around the corner are delicious restaurants and wineries or a short 15 minute drive you will find yourself in Cottonwood, Cornville or Sedona. We used the home as a base camp to explore Cottonwood and Jerome and are already planning to return to explore the Oak Creek, the wineries and Sedona. I highly recommend this beautiful home and location.

If wish I could take HFR with me wherever I travelled! It was the best overall experience we have ever had staying in a vacation home. From the time we booked, Garett was prompt and very informative in replying. The house is AMAZING!! It’s very spacious, has a Viking range in the kitchen, there are too many walk-in cedar closets to count, the furniture is solid wood and well made, there are loads of board games and outdoor games, two patios for dining. It’s such a comfortable home and very clean. I agree with previous visitors, the photos do not do this property justice. Cornville is a small, quaint town. A bistro (Up the Creek) is down the road and 3 wineries are within 1/2 a mile. Whole Foods is 20 mins away in Sedona. Star gazing at night is incredible. However, our family enjoyed most of all the wildlife! It was amazing … waking up to 6 deer outside our window, beautiful peacocks strolling the yard, seeing Javelina (from a distance!), hummingbirds feeding, gophers, etc … After all day hiking, this is the PERFECT retreat to come home to. I can’t say enough positive things about HFR & Garett. Thank you; our family will never forget our experience here!

This house is much larger that it appears and was set up very well. The location is great, close to wineries and Sedona without the crowds.

I have stayed at many places and this place is the best I’ve ever stayed in, by far. The ranch is teaming with animals both tame and wild and the views are spectacular. The host, Garett, has thought of everything you could possibly think of to need while at the ranch: dish soap, laundry soap, games, books, flashlights, sunburn spray, even coffee! He is also wonderful to work with as a host. He is quick to respond to messages and goes out of his way to ensure an amazing experience at the ranch. If you enjoy nature and peace and quiet whilst on holiday, you will not go wrong choosing the ranch for your place to stay. The ranch is well worth the money and you will not be disappointed. Thank you, Garett! You’re the best!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Love this place! It is much nicer than the advertisement, especially if you value the laid back rural farm atmosphere, as we do. This was the perfect place to stay while hosting an event a few minutes away. It met and exceeded our expectations! Thank you! +++++

The ranch was a wonderful experience for the whole family. Beautiful views of the property and their home is lovely. So spacious! Very comfortable for large group. We enjoyed the peacocks and animal airings during our trip!

A quiet place to relax as horses graze and peacocks lounge on shaded porches admiring their reflection from the large windows overlooking the landscape. The bird sanctuary is in walking distance where you’ll find a nice trail around the wetland and fish hatchery. Great location near wineries and fun places to enjoy. Short drive to Sedona, Cottonwood and Gerome. A daytrip to Flagstaff and Grand Canyon.

Everything was fabulous about our first trip to Sedona. This property and home was awesome, clean, and organized. Garett was extremely accessible and helpful for our many questions and recommendations. The location is close to Sedona, many hiking trails, and neighbors with many wineries. We hope to visit again soon.

What an amazing place! We could not have asked for a better place for 3 couples to stay. Each had our own bedroom/bathroom and the best beds ever. There was plenty of space, supplies and scenery. Communication was A++ as well. Would highly recommend for any group wanting to see the sights, relax, and have the best time ever!

The Adobe provided four couples with a perfect central location to numerous activities in the Sedona-Verde Valley. There are several nearby wineries and a fine dining option. And thank goodness the air conditioning worked because it was warm for the duration of our stay. The four king beds provided excellent comfort and the accommodations of the home were clean and well maintained. Our property contact was most helpful. Do heed the property packet info concerning connectivity for cell phone and computer purpose. A copy of pertinent wifi information is highly recommended. We truly enjoyed the laid back nature of this rural setting including the peacocks and other animals.
