Gas grills for the porch area and the fire pit area! Owners have thought of everything to ensure you come back year after year! The Bedrooms & Bathrooms: This home can sleep up to 10 adults - plus children for up to 12 people! The bedrooms have plenty of space to charge your devices, and all have smart TVs. Bedroom 1: King with en-suite private bath. Optional Twin Rollaway Bedroom 2: King with access to hallway bath. Optional Twin Rollaway Bedroom 3: King with en-suite private bath. Bedroom 4: Two Queen Beds with access to hallway bath. The Living Space: There is a fully equipped kitchen on each side of the home, seating for 12, and comfortable furnishings. There is a Smart TV in the living room. The Kitchens: There is a Kitchen on each side of the house! Outdoor Space: The front porch is where you want to be! There is an outdoor table with a ceiling fan, comfy seating, tv, and grill access! The front porch faces Bryant Drive, so you will be in the middle of all the Bama Gameday action! Roll Tide! There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests. **All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification** *If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds. * Please Read Prior to Booking - Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama B&B Rentals Rules forms directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA.* * Please Read Prior to Booking: Be sure to enter the correct number of people to receive an accurate quote/price. Pricing varies based on the number of people, and base pricing is set for up to 12 guest. ** *A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet, per stay, plus tax. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.* *For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved everything about our stay at The Tusk”. It was so well appointed for our group and walking distance to downtown and campus. The home is beautifully decorated and we look forward to returning again soon.

From booking to checkout, the process was seamless. This property is exactly as advertised, with attention to every detail. From bath linens, to bedding, to kitchen supplies, it’s all top shelf. It’s very rare to find a property this well equipped and taken care of, in such close proximity to campus. Well done! We will definitely be back!
