About this condo rental

Summary: You won't be the first to be mesmerized by the view! Allow yourself to be swept away as you sip your morning coffee or tea on your private balcony overlooking the pool and Caribbean Sea. This spacious 2 Bedroom condo is the perfect spot for families or couples to wind down after a day of exploring the island, or by simply chilling poolside. The Space: This is a two-story condo with the primary bedroom located on the second level, with comfortable King size bed, ensuite bathroom and sea views. On the main level, you'll find a guest bedroom with Queen bed and full bathroom, plus an open concept living/dining and fully equipped kitchen with all that you need to prepare meals and a dishwasher. There is a comfy sofa bed in the living room for additional sleeping accommodations, along with a 55” Smart TV to keep entertained with your favorite shows by logging into your preferred streaming account. The WiFi is Fiber Fast! Central Air Conditioning will help keep you cool indoors, and a wonderful screened in balcony to enjoy the warm Caribbean breezes and stunning scenery outdoors. There is also a washer/dryer in unit if needed. Guest Access: Guests will have access to the property swimming pool with ocean views, pool deck, lounge chairs and thatch shaded table seating. There is a tennis court on site as well if you want to bring your rackets for a rally, The property has an ironshore beachfront, however there is a small sandy beach just steps away, directly is adjacent to the complex. You are able to snorkel or swim right off the beach. Please note, there is some turtle grass in the water, and great snorkeling just beyond it. (Some guests prefer to bring water shoes to get through the turtle grass area.) Guests have access to entire condo. Complex is a shared space (pool, beach, tennis courts, etc.). There is one designated parking space for the unit and visitor spots available. The condo entry is located on the second level of the building, and there are stairs also in the unit. No elevator available. Not wheelchair accessible. The Neighborhood: Located halfway between Rum Point and George Town, we're in the perfect location to easily explore around the island. We're just a short drive from many popular tourist spots and beaches: EAST Rum Point - 20 minutes Crystal Caves - 15 minutes Blowholes - 10 minutes Queen Elizabeth Botanic Park - 10 minutes WEST Spotts Beach - 15 minutes Smith Cove - 22 minutes Seven Mile Beach - 30 minutes Fosters Grocery Store at Countryside (Savannah) - 10 minutes Airport - 25 minutes We provide dining/restaruant recommendations and tourist guidebook in our Welcome Book at the condo! Getting Around: We highly recommend renting a car for your stay. There aren't any shops within walking distance, and having a car will add convenience to your holiday. Plus, you'll be able to explore more of the island! There are buses that run along the main road, however not frequently. Taxis can be quite expensive to get around. Get away from the hustle and bustle of the busy Seven Mile Beach area and enjoy the laid-back & breezy gem that is Bodden Town, a definite invitation to a tranquil and relaxing holiday. Other Things to Note: We recommend renting a car in advance for your arrival. The property is approx 25 minutes drive from the airport. There are several known rental companies located at the airport for your convenience. On your drive to the property, you'll be able to stop at a grocery store to stock up on food for your stay. Please note that the final price provided once confirmed includes the daily accommodation rate, cleaning fee, as well as the Cayman Islands Government 13% tourism tax. *The health and well-being of our community on island is a top priority for us.
