The only thing we think could have been improved on was lights in the pool, but we understand why. They were really understanding and willing to keep and an eye out in the event our niece and nephew got out of the room without us as they have autism and she has a tracker.

Hotel is outdated. Bathroom was clean though. Beds were soso. Better than staying across the street at casino hotel though. Staff was very friendly. Shuttle to casino is nice.

The property is very clean. It has new beds and I had new furniture and a new tv in my suite. The pool area is very nice too. Breakfast in the morning was average.

The rooms are very spacious, the beds are very comfortable and they put 4 pillows on the bed! Very clean everywhere! They have a continental breakfast, but I didn't eat anything because I wasn't hungry, so I can't tell you about that! The hot tub was actually hot and very relaxing! I love this place! My family and I will stay here again! Also McDonald's is next door too!

It was quite clean and neat with a nice pool and hot tub available and a solid breakfast. The street lights are a bit bright but the curtains are thick. It was quiet at night.

The hotel was comfortable but we would suggest they put their TV on top of the cabinet as when laying in bed you can’t see the TV.

After traveling 300 miles for a funeral the same day, front desk staff was kind in letting us check in two hours early. Interior was clean. Room clean and super comfy bed and pillows.

We were in town for a wedding so did not spend much time at the facility. The time we were there was great--friendly staff, nice room. It lacked a little shelf space in the bathroom and I don't think we got the very best room rate but it wasn't bad. Hubby enjoyed going down for breakfast. Parking area looked a little small but we had no issues.

The Northwoods Best was a wonderful place for our 5-day stay. Very clean, appeared to be somewhat new in carpeting and furniture. The pool and hottub were very clean and we appreciated the longer hours of availability. There was miscommunication about the length of our stay; the cleaning staff gave us a bit of grief, but the manager was gracious.
