We recommend purchasing travel insurance if you have concerns that you may need to cancel your reservation for any reason. - PET POLICY: We do not allow pets. This is non-negotiable. We are not pet friendly. Unauthorized pets on the property will result in a $100 fee. No smoking indoors. $250 fee will be charged to guest after departure if evidence of smoking cigarettes or marijuana indoors is detected. Any and all acts by guest(s) and/or its invitees, that result in damages to the property or its contents, whether such act was intentional or the result of negligence will allow the host and or owner to deduct from the security deposit any and all cost incurred or to be incurred in returning the property or its contents to its original state and/or replace the item(s) as needed.
