Pool hours: 10am to 8pm. We have Wi-Fi controlled self-check in smart lock. On your check-in morning, a customized code will be sent. The house is in a super quiet neighborhood. Allen Premium outlets is 10 min away. Waters Creek Village shopping malls are 9 min away, McKinney square shops are 7 min away. DFW international airport is about 30 min away. It is recommended to get around by car. No Parties or Events: We do not allow parties or events to be held with unauthorized / unregistered guests. ***Additional fee for 8+ guests Our nightly rate includes the first 8 guests, for an additional guest, a $25 fee will apply. ***Trash day is every Friday, please place trash cans at the back curb on Thursday evening. *** Pool operates from May to October when weather permits. Pool hours: 10am to 8pm Pool service: our pool service technician service and clean our pools once a week, if additional cleanings are needed throughout your stay, there will be $75 charge.
