Newly listed, this location can't be beat! Above Seaside shops, just steps to the heart of all of 30A! Multiple balconies + 360-degree rooftop terrace with sprawling Gulf views perfect for watching the most beautiful sunsets! 4 complimentary bikes provided for guests' use + private Seaside beach access! *Passes for the fitness center and three community pools are available for purchase, at a rate of $99 per day + tax. Passes must be purchased for the entire duration of your stay or not at all - partial passes are not available. Our guest service associates are happy to discuss and will take care of this at time of booking. Please provide accurate number of guests one week prior to your arrival or additional fees may apply. The space Welcome to 'Central Park'! This magnificent home is perfectly located in the heart of Seaside, overlooking Ruskin Park from all floors and expansive Gulf views from the top floor! The first floor features a main floor master with doors that open onto a charming patio and Ruskin Park, with a king-sized bed and great sitting area. This room shares a full bath (shower/tub combination) with the first floor bunk room, which features 4 oversize twin built-in bunks and a TV area - great for kids! The main level is on the second floor. Here you'll find sun-filled, open areas including a stunning living room, open-concept kitchen, dining room with french doors that open onto the balcony overlooking the Park, laundry room, and half bathroom. Additionally, the chef's kitchen is equipped with everything you may need to cook a great family meal! The third floor houses two additional guest rooms (one king room with en suite bathroom with shower and one queen room adjacent to the full hall bath with shower), and access is available via the spiral staircase. The queen room also has a sofa bed that can be used as either one twin bed, two twin beds, or a couch! Both bedrooms have wonderful views of Seaside and en suite bathrooms. Lastly, ascend one more flight up the spiral staircase to enjoy the view from the top! There are also two additional twin daybeds up here! There are many wonderful features in this beautiful vacation home, a few of our favorites are: Expansive views of the Gulf Emerald waters and Seaside from the rooftop deck Multiple private outdoor spaces - porches and balconies available on ALL FLOORS! Incredible location that cannot be beat - steps to Ruskin Park, shopping & dining in Seaside Square, less than 100 yards to the Seaside Chapel, and just a 3 minute walk through town to the beach Perfect location if you are visiting for a Seaside wedding! Parking for 2 vehicles in the carport Complimentary use of 4 adult bikes Cable and Wifi throughout Balcony with seating overlooking Ruskin Park Additional balcony with seating on the back of the home 2nd floor laundry room with washer and dryer 4th floor loft with sleeping for 2 in twin daybeds Guest access Private residential Seaside beach access at West Ruskin Pavilion TWO parking spaces in driveway 4 complimentary bikes provided Access to tennis and pickle ball courts (court fees apply) Personalized service throughout your stay with starter amenities provided Golf carts for guests are prohibited (special circumstances and medical needs requests require a golf cart permit) Other things to note Beach chairs should be reserved in advance. We also manage the unit next door (5 bedrooms) if you need even more space! The spiral staircase is very narrow and steep, please use with caution. Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay. Please note nightly minimums are typically longer over weekends and holidays. Check in is 4:00pm & check out is 10:00am. These times are strict and late check out will be subject to another day's rental fees. Smoking is strictly prohibited. Maximum occupancy is enforced. All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. Wristbands are required to be worn when accessing Seaside amentities. Lost wristbands will result in additional fees to replace. Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
