This historic 1928 cottage is simple, spare and peaceful. It is a couple of blocks walking distance to the historic town, shops, restaurants, grocery store & brewery. Completely private on a corner lot with a walled backyard. The mineral spring well on the property comes out of the ground naturally at 102 degrees for your personal enjoyment. There are 2 cowboy tubs for your soaking enjoyment; a single tub that fills in 3 minutes & an 8’ tub for your entire group that fills in 20 minutes. This cottage has 2 bedrooms, shared bathroom, full kitchen with breakfast nook, living room with a gas fireplace constructed of specimen rocks and a small gas grill out back. The house is pet friendly with a fully enclosed backyard and a pet waste station. In town your dog will enjoy swimming in the Rio Grande from Rotary Park and visiting the dog park.
