La posizione dell'alloggio. Gestori molto disponibili e gentili.
Essendo un appartamento openspace, bisogna potenziare di più la parte relativa alle fonti di calore, essendo anche sottoposta al di sotto del livello della strada e quindi più tendente al freddo. Un solo condizionatore per tutto l'ambiente, tra l'altro non tanto potente, è oggettivamente poco. Un'altra cosa che non mi è piaciuta, è la porta d'ingresso che accede direttamente all'ambiente principale della camera, con vetri trasparenti. Le porte d'ingresso, devono essere totalmente oscurate all'esterno.
