Excellent experience with this rental property. The house was spectacular and perfect for our large group. Everything was exactly as advertised and any issues that we had were promptly addressed. I highly recommend this house.

Very nice house. Spacious and well-equipped. The view of the lake from the living areas up and downstairs is just incredible. It was unfortunately a bit too hot to enjoy the outdoor amenities, but the view was always there. The game room is fun as well. Would definitely stay there again.

Great views of lake Game room above garage fun TV advertises satellite which is false advertisement (maybe 10-15 channels non English) no local channels, no sports, no news. Better bring your streaming. Management should make this clear Bring food to prepare as closet restaurants 20-30 minutes away Having said above nice privacy on lake Would not go back

We had an amazing time in this property. The house is spectacular and looks even nicer than the pictures. Views of the lake are breathtaking. Our family just had the best time. Every room is extremely comfortable and beautifully designed. The kitchen and appliances are top notch and there were plenty of living spaces to entertain our big family. We will definitely come back! Great vacation home.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend away at Lake Oconee! Highly recommend this gorgeous property!

We had a great stay the only thing I would say that would help is instructions on how to use the house system to control lights. There was a fan that was on the entire time we couldn't get to turn off. Other then that it was very nice, clean and would defiantly come back.

This house is just an amazing space to gather with friends and family. Sure it looks great in the pictures but when you are there you realize just how wonderful it is. Waking up to the morning sunrise on the back upper deck with coffee is a real treat almost as nice as watching the stars from the dock at night. The porch swing that allows you to lie down and take a nap is something that shouldn't be missed. I'm not sure how every bed slept but mine personally was a dream. The best part of all is it's big enough to fit so many friends and family so you can be surrounded by those you love and make memories that last a lifetime! I sure was not happy about all the double fees between St. James and VRBO but I totally understand why anyone owning this house would want someone to manage the upkeep of it. It is kept immaculately clean and we felt so comfortable and at home there. It's a gem and we made some lifelong memories there. Don't hesitate. The only thing we regret is that we wish we could have stayed longer.

Perfect girls weekend getaway and beautiful home! It’s in a great location and has ample space for everyone to hangout. We loved our weekend there and hope to stay at the house again soon!

The property was great. Need to add a modem for downstairs bedroom where signal is weak. Also suggest someone to look at downstairs water heater. Temperature in bathrooms was Luke warm except for downstairs master. Overall, the property is a beautiful home and great outside space and access. We would certainly come back.

Bedroom layout- I had my entire family in town for my daughter's 1st birthday. I assigned rooms, but before I reconfirmed with the property manager of the layout. When we showed up, the rooms were not as listed or as the property manager had confirmed in the email months earlier. When asked during check-in, I was completely ignored. Property Manager- unresponsive to questions and concerns. I called ten times and left 3 VM With no callback during the check-in process. I finally got a text message, but even then didn't / wouldn't answer my questions. It's a beautiful home, I just hope the owner finds a better property manager.

This property was excellent. We had a large family vacation and the house was perfect for 16 people. Beds were comfy, showers had excellent pressure. Game room was so fun. Large screened in porch and boating dock. I Highly recommend renting this family lake house.

Fantastic house-only thing I would note for another visit is that the the kitchen had no basic items-salt, pepper, packets of sweetener, e.g. Otherwise everything was perfect!!

We had a wonderful time at this property. Everything was clean, worked, and as advertised. Location and access to the water is great and the fire pit is very large and easily used by a group. Property management will need to start keeping large trash cans on site for the house trash. Also, the landscaping crew came to blow leaves while we were enjoying a sunny afternoon. Minor concerns and would definitely recommend this property. The dog and kids absolutely loved it. Caught three fish off the dock. We may return ourselves!
