Steps from Mission Bay and Mission Beach, the space features a Queen size Murphy bed which folds out into a living room that has a new couch, flat screen TV, full bathroom, kitchen featuring the basics, and kitchen table for dining. The front patio is shared with one other unit that is directly next door also on the second story. It has a gas grill and gas fire pit, plenty of seating as well as outdoor table. Also included are beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, and an umbrella. Exclusive access to the studio itself, front patio is shared with the unit directly next door if anyone is staying there at the same time. The area has endless dining options, great beach bars, a nearby beach front amusement park, grocery stores and markets. Everything you'll want to access is walk-able and you can easily rent bikes and scooters nearby. If you rent a car, we have an assigned uncovered parking space for you onsite! Uber and Lyft are very popular around here and you can get a ride within minutes since they generally hang around Belmont. Electric Scooters (Birds) are also a popular and convenient option. In addition, bikes are great for the boardwalk and there are multiple places to rent them nearby.
