The Neighborhood: The home is located in a nice, quiet residential neighborhood. Just a few blocks from the main road that leads to shopping, restaurants and beaches. 25 minutes to the sandy beach, 30 minutes to Pier Park and Frank Brown Park, 20 minutes to the new Panama City Beach sports complex. It is a completely separate space and both homes have separate driveways, door codes, and outdoor spaces so they are completely private. It really feels like two separate homes because there is a fence between the two, but you may see other guests on the back patio or backyard of the main house. Please note that Early Check-In / Late Check-Out are subject to the demand of our cleaning schedule. Feel free to request and we will do everything we can! For your safety and security, guest screening by a third party is a mandatory requirement for all reservations. Guests are also required to sign a rental agreement to make sure that house policies are being observed. Please reach out to us if you need to view the agreement before booking. GENERAL: Quiet hours are 10 PM - 8 AM. Excessive noise that disturbs others' stay may be grounds to terminate the booking. SMOKING: Smoking in the unit will result in a $250 fine and a cancellation of your stay, without refund, for causing smoke damage and a smell that is extremely hard and costly to remove.
