About this house rental
Welcome to my home! This open concept 3 bedroom (all queens) 1.5 bath cottage has a large, fenced yard and backs up to the stunning Quiet Waters Park with its own access gate. There is a fold out full memory foam bed downstairs if needed. Parking accommodates 4 cars and the house is a quick 5-minute drive to either downtown Annapolis or Eastport. The house has has two (2) bedrooms on the main floor with a full bath with a fully finished downstairs with electric fireplace and additional queen bed and half bath. The back of the house has a cozy 3-season enclosed porch with views into the large fenced yard and park.

Lovely cottage with great yard backing into park trails. Not a typical rental but renting the owner’s home. Back porch made for great family feasts and laundry facilities were useful (on week 2 of our trip).

Charming cottage in a lovely quiet neighborhood just outside of Annapolis. Clean and comfortable. Big backyard and fire pit. Communication with host was easy and responses were quick. Easy to Uber into Annapolis and save time looking for parking. We had a great time and would definitely go back.

starting with Sarah our host who was so accommodating, checking to make sure everything was fine with our stay.
The house is beautiful, warm and beautifully decorated
A peaceful backyard with seating, a hammock, BBQ and opens to a beautiful park through a gate, the neighborhood is very quiet close to Annapolis eight or nine minutes
you come in through eastport, which avoids a lot of the traffic. Plenty of restaurant opportunities nearby, as well as in Annapolis. We traveled to watch a football game and after the game I felt like I was "home"
