The Space: Get the privacy of a home for the price of a condo! This 1 bedroom, 1 bath cottage at Spanish Village in Port Aransas is free standing and offers a generous and well manicured yard. This unit has been recently completely renovated inside and out including new stucco exterior, new roof, new central air conditioning, fresh paint, and new furnishings. This unit also has a large screened-in porch area that runs the entire length of the home. There is a concrete pad to the side of the home to provide off-street parking. Situated on Alister Street in the heart of Port Aransas, this property is just a short distance away from the grocery store, restaurants, bars and other shopping. These cottages have been a fixture in Port Aransas for years and offer a truly unique location, along with a chance to take in some old island charm. This home feaures vintage island tile flooring throughout . There is a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen complete with a refrigerator, stove, coffee maker and all the other essentials. The living area and bedroom feature flat screen TVs. Please keep in mind that both TVs are smart televisions with streaming services rather than cable. This home can accommodate 4. There is a king bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Please note: This community does not allow boats or trailers of any kind. A maximum of two standard size vehicles are allowed. Golf carts count as one of the two vehicles. WINTER TEXAN RATE. November 1-March 1 at $1900 monthly + fees. Getting Around: Golf cart friendly community! *Sand Key offers Golf Cart rentals for this property. Additional Information will be sent to you in your booking confirmation message :) * For Golf Carts-it is free delivery and pick no discount rates:) Other Things to Note: CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. While we try to go above and beyond to accommodate our guests, we cannot guarantee early check-ins or late departures. This is to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure the property is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay. ACCESS CODE We have an electronic lock on our property. You won't need to go to an office and pick up keys. This code will be a part of the check-in instructions sent 30 minutes prior to your arrival. When you get in the area you can go straight to the property, unpack, relax and enjoy. INCIDENTALS: The house comes stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, cookware, linens, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and bath towels. There is a coffee maker. SELF CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay. We use SUPERHOG as part of our guest screening process. Your SUPERHOG application must match the primary guest name on the reservation, and your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation as per State and City law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled. Once the reservation is confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests must sign a Rental Agreement outlining the terms of the stay, stating that they agree with and acknowledge: - to abide by our rental terms and conditions. - to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. - we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $50, paid via SUPERHOG - the waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay - age requirement of 25 years or older to reserve a property. SUGGESTED ITEMS TO BRING: Beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than one, coffee and coffee filters, spices/seasoning, bathing soap and shampoo, extra dish soap, extra trash bags, sun tan lotion/sun block and beach gear. The process to check in was easy. The property is nice and private. The beach is not too far to drive. We enjoyed sitting outside making BBQ. Pet friendly. We will return.

This property was recently renovated, and was very comfortable for us and our two pups. It’s walking distance to great restaurants and the art center. The grocery store is very close as well. The fenced in backyard was great for our puppies and the surrounding neighborhood makes for a great walks, you’re only five minutes away from the beach

Good place near the water. Everything was as expected except the dishes and pots and pans were dirty. Not a problem as we will alway wash dishes before use. But still it was missed.

Cool, Efficient and Clean place to stay with Wife and 2 dogs. The location is perfect for beach during the day and dinner/nightlife in the evening.

This updated little cottage is so adorable. It was perfect size for my family of 3 last minute 4 day/3 night trip. Our only complaint is that the pull out bed in the living room was terrible. No cushion, very thin and springy. Our kid opted to sleep on the couch. Glad we only had one kid on this trip. But for me, a/c is the most important and it worked great. Overall, very cute and cozy place to stay.
