The living area is spacious, with vaulted ceilings, lots of natural light, and plenty of room for everyone to gather. From the oversized patio or private hot tub, you can enjoy stunning mountain views while overlooking the large fenced-in backyard. Located near downtown Silverthorne, this home is ideally situated for your stay. The main level includes a fully-stocked kitchen, a cozy dining area, and a welcoming living room. The living room is perfect for family gatherings and is equipped with a Smart TV, and a gas-burning fireplace. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals, including cookware, tableware, and stainless steel appliances. There is seating for three at the breakfast bar and six at the dining table. Beyond the dining area, you can access the private backyard complete with a hot tub, where you can relax and take in the incredible mountain views. The first guest bedroom is located down the hall and features a twin daybed with a trundle, a large flatscreen TV, dedicated workspace, and children's toys. A half-bath and a laundry/mud room with a full washer/dryer are also located on this level. An initial supply of laundry detergent is provided for your convenience. The private 2-car garage is just beyond the laundry room. Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom is located at the top of the stairs and features a king bed, Smart TV, walk-in closet, loveseat, dresser, and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Two guest bedrooms are located down the hall. The first guest bedroom offers a queen bed and a Smart TV, and the second guest bedroom has a twin-over-full bunkbed with a trundle. The full guest bathroom is located in the hallway and has a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. **Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ivory white bedding modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest stay. The entire bed is remade with fresh, white linens for each guest arrival. *Please note: This home has a minimum night requirement. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must book a minimum of 2 nights. If you reserve less than 2 nights you will be contacted and required to either lengthen your stay or cancel your reservation. This vacation rental is new to our management program. Very nice, easy checkin/checkout, TVs in almost all bedrooms, nice neighborhood, just a few minute drive to grocery stores and restaurants. Most importantly very clean!! It fit our family of 2 adults, 5 kids very nicely. Kitchen clean and had everything we needed. Hot tub very nice as well. We gave 4 stars and wanted to give 5 stars, but found the old radiator heating very difficult to control. It was often too hot to sleep, and took us several days to get it right. Suggest a wall temperature dial in each room to more easily and precisely control the room temperatures. Also suggest turning the hot tub 90 degrees to minimize walking through the snow.

This house was great! Beautiful inside and very clean! Kitchen was well stocked. Beds very comfortable! Thank you for opening up this home so we had a great place to stay while skiing. Would love to stay here again!
