Gather your crew and come enjoy waterfront living at its best! Location: San Leon, Texas Private pool: This home features an in-ground private pool overlooking Galveston Bay. WIFI: Free high-speed WIFI is available throughout the home. Cable: We provide Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own Amazon Prime, Netflix, or other streaming service apps as well. Pet policy: Up to 3 pets are welcome in our home with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if you’re planning on bringing your furry friend! Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 16 guests must be approved prior to booking. Parking: There is room for up to 5 cars using both the garage and driveway. Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip. Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book. House rules: - Guests must be 24+ to book the property. - One-night stays must be approved. - Groups larger than 16 need to be approved. We do not allow parties. - Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. - Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost. - All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel. - Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team. - Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm. - The homeowner's routine pool maintenance cannot be rescheduled and is required for the health and safety of our guests. They will not need to access the home but will access the yard.
