We have a neighborhood Walmart, Kroger and Home Depot in less than 10 min drive. Arrival / Entry: • An electronic keypad is located at the front door. You will receive a door code before your check-in time. Check in is at 4p and checkout at 11a. If you need to arrive early or depart late, contact us and we can accommodate you based on availability • Parking is available for 2 vehicles in the garage. Garage door opener will be placed inside the house on the entry console. Temporary street parking is available at the front of the house • Security cameras are located in the front and back of the house for your security. No cameras inside the house • Guests have access to the entire house except for 1 small storage closet on floor 2 Accommodation Rules: • At least one of the members staying at the property should be 25+ years old • Sleeps 8 people. Bringing more people than accounted for will result in a charge of $50 per person exceeding 8 • NO SMOKING & NO PARTIES / GATHERINGS AT ANYTIME - there will be a minimum of $1000 charge for smoking and partying; No loud music • We do not provide refunds or discounts for stay cancellations due to bad weather, natural disasters or any other situations that is not in our control.
