I felt right at home. This was a clean and comfortable place to stay. The host is top notch and attentive. I highly recommend this listing.

As promised, it was a fun artsy row house in downtown Wilmington, seconds from 1-95, in a diverse, walkable neighborhood. There was usually 1 parking spot available within a block of the house. The Vrbo ad makes it look like there's a hot tub, but there's not. However, the place was completely charming, with all the amenities, including a pantry and fridge with more than the usual starter foods. The hosts were easy to contact by email or phone and very responsive. I'd totally rent again from them.
