Nestled in Beaver Lake, this attractive cabin for R 1,800 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Welcome to Cozy Posy! This unique cabin is TRULY a log cabin on the very top of a mountain and sits on nearly 18 acres! If you're looking for a quiet getaway to the woods then look no further. Come enjoy seclusion outside of the hustle and bustle of NWA. Feel free to roam the 18 acres that the cabin sits on or just relax on the large and brand new deck overlooking the pasture. You're sure to let all your worries go while you're at Cozy Posy! Upon arrival you will first be greeted by a gravel drive that does go up a steep hill but please don't be intimidated by this. We have never had access issues even with cars vs trucks. I assure you it will be worth the climb once you get to the top! As you reach the top you're greeted by a rustic sign pointing you to the left where Cozy Posy will be at the end of a dead end driveway. As you arrive to the Cozy Posy Cabin you'll see that you're truly on TOP of the mountain and have beautiful views (particularly in the fall/winter) and are surrounded by a beautiful pasture and large mature trees. You will enter the cabin through the downstairs door which has a smart WIFI lock on it. As you enter you're greeted by a welcoming living area that has a couch, loveseat, ottoman and smart TV for streaming your favorite shows, movies or the game. There is a decorative fireplace in the downstairs living room but unfortunately it is not operational. Beyond the living room are 2 guest bedrooms each with cozy queen size beds and closets for clothes storage. Both bedrooms will share a full bathroom which is newly updated and have a comfortably sized walk in shower. Also located downstairs is the laundry area if guests need to wash/dry some clothes during their stay. A fun design of the cabin is the spiral staircase taking you to the upstairs! As you circle the staircase you enter into the open concept kitchen, dining and second living area. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to create a wonderful meal for the group. We provide coffee grains and filters for the drip coffee maker and the kitchen has nicely updated appliances as well (we also have a Keurig). The kitchen overlooks the dining area which has 4 chairs and you'll find an additional 4 barstools at the island bar top for extra dining. The second living area upstairs provides a couch, cozy oversized chair and ottoman as well as another smart TV for streaming! Upstairs you will also find the master bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite full bathroom. The master bedroom does have a small TV with local channels only if you like going to bed with the TV on. The en-suite bath has a large soaking tub in lieu of a shower so plan on spending some time relaxing in an oversized tub at the end of the day! One of the best features of the cabin is the french doors leading out from the upstairs area onto the oversized and brand new deck! The deck is uniquely designed with built in bar top railing all the way around the deck where we have setup 4 bar stools for outdoor seating as you overlook the 18 acre property. We're setup for outdoor living with an additional table and 4 chairs for enjoying those outdoor meals! Conveniently positioned on the deck is also the electric grill so that you're close to the kitchen! The Cozy Posy is all about embracing the rural outdoors! So come enjoy our quiet, country cabin in the woods! Guests will have access to the entire cabin (minus the cleaners closet), the large brand new deck and the entire 18 acre property. We have a horseshoe pit & fire pit behind the cabin for guests to enjoy as well as open pasture and woods surrounding the cabin if you'd like to bring a 4wheeler or dirt bike. We also have corn hole boards that are kept inside. We just ask that you explore the property with caution and at your own risk. We provide wood for the fire pit if guests choose to use it. Feel free to bring all your outdoor toys, frisbees, footballs, or other outdoor games. Please note that due to the rural area our WIFI is a cellular WIFI so it can be affected by weather and other things. Speaking of weather, we are on top of a mountain and the road taking you to the top is steep so if inclement winter weather is coming in, please take caution and likely plan to stay until the road is clear enough to drive. Lastly, we want guests to be aware that we are on well water and that often comes with a more unique taste than some are used to. If this might bother you, please bring some bottled water with you. We don’t live on site but we love hosting and want to ensure you’re comfortable and enjoying your time at our cabin. Reach out anytime with questions or needs!

I will start by saying I am very picky about how clean a rental is. When you are charged $175 for cleaning, I expect it to be clean from top to bottom. This was not the case for our stay at the Cozy Posy. The master bed had white stains on the headboard, and long hairs on the pillow shams. There was crumbs, a ponytail holder and major dust under the barstools, and the kitchen table set. When coming up the stairs from the bottom level you can see all the dust and dirt under the couch and living room tv cabinet. The home needs a deep cleaning, or at least a $175 cleaning. The oversized chair downstairs has stains and floors behind the doors and in closets need cleaned. The remote in the upstairs bedroom didn’t work, and no batteries were there to see if that would correct the problem. When mentioning our issues to the owner, he did respond in a reasonable time. The last major complaint was about the bleach treated well. I understand that it is required maintenance as we have one too. But the bleach was not flushed through the system before our stay, nor were we told about it. I did laundry in the provided washer & dryer, only to find our clothes had be ruined by the bleach in the lines. We also used the bathtub that same evening and our skin reeked of bleach. The downstairs bedding was clean and the beds comfortable. The deck, fire pit and grill were wonderful. *the pond is not able to be fished in. It’s nothing but algae

This was a lovely property. The view off that upstairs deck is simply lovely. The property was very clean and welcoming. The hosts were helpful and responsive any time I had a question. highly recommend a stay at Cosy Posy.
