When I went to the hotel, there was NO HOTEL at all! I was under construction, few workers there. Nobody was speaking English, including the manager who I called him from my Bulgarian number which cost me 20 euros out of EU because he told me he can’t find my reservation. He told me to cancel it no matter I was non refundable, absolute audacity. I told him - if you want you cancel it, then I’m find another hotel and you have to pay the price difference according to booking policies. I booked this hotel because it’s close to Medical park hospital because of operation. He forced me to walk 40 mins both ways with operated leg to go to another hotel, probably also his too. Thank God the land on the frond desk was kind and was speaking English. They gave me room and after 2 hours when I was taking rest after 6 hours driving they told me I have to move to another. The Lara hotel was awful, but this is not important because I needed just a bed to sleep over for one night. Ridiculous situation
