Outside, the upper-level, rear-facing balcony is the perfect spot to soak up the sunshine on lazy afternoons, while the lower-level offers a table and chairs for hearty breakfasts or evening cocktails. This townhome also comes with central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer to ensure your swimsuits are kept clean and bright during your stay. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This is an individually owned villa and is not associated with Hawks Cay Resort. As such, guests do not have access to any Hawks Cay resort amenities. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The home was very clean, with comfortable beds. Good kitchen appliance’s, small and large, and adequate cooking equipment . Perfect size for 2 couples. We rode bikes directly from the villa to the Overseas Highway. Recommend eating at Licks BBQ over the Long Key bridge. Day trip to Key West not only 60 miles. Lots of stores and restaurants in Marathon. Would rent there again.
