Kozzie on Suttons is a cozy beach house next to Suttons beach. You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place. It is easy few minutes walk (300m) to Suttons beach and Youth Park, 15’ walk (~1km) to Redcliffe town centre, Settlement Cove Lagoon, Bee Gees Way and Redcliffe pier. Cafes and restaurants are just few minutes stroll. Suttons beach and the neighbouring English style Margate beach has calm water, ideal for swimming and paddling. The Redcliffe peninsula is a vibrant seaside town with many local tourist attractions. It is only 25' easy freeway drive north of Brisbane airport, via the scenic Honibrook Highway bridge. Major attractions are so easily accessible with Brisbane city 30' drive down south, the Gold Coast 1.5hrs south, and the Sunshine coast/Noosa 1hrs drive up north. You will have the house’s entire upper level with private access via the front staircase. Enjoy the fully fenced front yard and backyard with northerly breeze all year round. There is a lounge room with smart TV, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, open dining area, three bedrooms and one bathroom plus separate toilet. The second toilet is located downstairs via internal staircase. This staircase leads to the large private backyard and laundry room. Air conditioning (heating and cooling) is available in the main living space, and all bedrooms have ceiling fans. Most of the time the house has nice sea-breeze and plenty of sunlight. There is parking space for one car in the driveway. More parking is available on street, directly in front of the house. The local neighbourhood is quaint and quiet with mostly local residents. You will enjoy a cozy and tranquil family friendly neighbourhood, so conveniently tucked away from the busy tourist town centre. Many nearby amenities/activities are within walking distance from the house. Both Suttons beach and Margate beach are less than 5 minutes walk. There are public covered barbecues and toilet/shower facilities along the beach. The Redcliffe Parade main cafe strip, Settlement Cove lagoon, Bee Gees way and Redcliffe pier are just over 1km (15’ walk) away. Make sure you check out the Redcliffe Sunday Market which runs every Sunday from 8am to 2pm. Supermarkets & shops are within walking distance. During busy hours/weekends, parking in the town centre may be tricky, therefore you might choose to leisurely explore this area on foot. Alternatively, a short drive will take you to the beautiful Newport/Scarborough marina, beaches and Morgans, a popular local seafood place. Clontarf's Pelican Park has pelican feeding every morning at 10am, 365 days year round. A little further (approx 15’ drive) you will find Northlake, a major shopping hub with Westfield, Ikea and Cotsco.
