Inside the room was clean, but outside there was cigarette butts everywhere and some trash.

Room smelled like faeces and there were roaches. I used the room to shower only , anything else is not advised.

The toilet didnt flush well, i was out of hand and body wash the whole time in the sink area, the pump for the shampoo and conditioner was broken. I had to use hand and body was in the shower area to wash my hair. The plug to undrain the tub broke. Remember to plug the fridge in.The breakfast has alot to be desired. They were out of alot. But i guess if you want just a place to just sleep its okay. The air worked good and the beds were comfortable.

Older motel. Its ok for a nights stay. Bed was comfortable. Location was off interstate 10 and service road. Easy to find.

Check in was slow and the lady was very rude,the guy working made me wait while dealing with employees who came in the lobby after i was there waiting. The room had an ironing board but no iron tried calling the front desk but the phone in the room didn't work. Went asked the desk for 1 and i never got 1 my entire stay.tub was dirty there was no toilet paper holder the tissue was on the back of the toilet. On Saturday morning a housekeeper knocked and asked for our dirty towels, i asked for clean towels as we wanted to shower and go eat,it took an hour and a half to get clean towels. There were old appliances in front of our room door. The water was always luke warm we couldn't take a hot shower. None of the staff have any customer service skills and most of them don't speak english .the floor was dirty it needed to be mopped. It was a smoking room but had no ash tray.Bed cover had a cigarette burn.

Toilet was clogged. Asked for a plunger and was told be right there. Had to finally go down and get it ourself. Had to keep plunger in our room cause every time we used the toilet we had to use the plunger

STRONG smell of marijuana in the lobby and the room! Couple in the adjoining room were VERY LOUD with their music, so much so that the next morning someone knocked on their door and asked them to turn down the music. A STRONG smell of marijuana came from their room the entire time! Management was informed of the smell as soon as we entered the room. There was an issue with the key card upon check in so they went up to check the door for us. The front desk worker informed me that they smelled an order when they went to the room but didn’t know what it was. He also stated that he would notify management.
While waiting for the front desk worker to check the key card to my room, another guest informed me that they had a wedding gift stolen out of their room while out. Per the guest they were still waiting to hear back from management and were given the excuse that housekeeping thought that the gift bag, with a bow on it, was trash, although they never requested housekeeping to be in the room.
We were there only for the evening and it served its purpose for the night and we left the next morning!

They didn’t work so they put 2 electric heaters in the room. They were supposed to switch our room but instead said they works give us another electric greater which they didn’t then the power went off and only to that room. Finally switched our room @12am after waiting 2 1/2 hours for the electrician

Check in was horrible. Super 8 did not have our reservation and the employee said we are full and I dont see your reservation. It took 20 minutes to finally find our reservation and then he put us in an occupied room which startled the occupant. The front desk emplyee finally found a smoking room eith ashtrays though we asked for nonsmoking. He also did not put us in a king sized bed room but one with double beds. The front desk clerk never took responsibility for anything.

I found this property to be very nice and convenient. You can tell they are doing some work to better the place, which i'm sure isn't easy with the certain rudely guest they have but the rooms were very nice and clean, had an elevator to the 3'rd floor which was convienient to me though you can tell the guest like to trash it. I felt safe there because the property is very well lit at night and front desk and maintenance people around the property were very nice and respectful . I will definitely be back in the future and i think this place is coming along very good and they need to keep on the path they are going and hopefully in the future they will have guest to respect the property because i think this place has a lot of potential. Thank you for the wonderful experience on my 2 days staying there.

Dirty. No hot water, not even warm. Bathtub had no drainage. Dead bed bugs in the room. Guy who checked me in was very unprofessional, to put it nicely.

I’m only giving them 1 star because I can’t give them zero! The check in was difficult, the room was filthy and the front desk told me to clean it. The fixtures were falling apart, the water wouldn’t shut off, the tv didn’t work, THE ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE I HAVE STAYED. I would have been better sleeping in my car and cleaning myself at a car wash.

Conveniently close to the city, but I had requested a ground floor due to limited mobility and was booked on the 3rd floor, fortunately they do have an elevator but my room was on the far end away from it. And the noise level from the highway was very prominent.

Advertised new renovations. Bathroom door is literally off the hinge and painted and rusted. Beds wet comfortable. House keeping wakes you up at 8 am.

Room was clean and comfortable but my Bluetooth speaker was stolen while I was working one night, i triple checked my luggage, room and my vehicle to make sure i didn’t mis place the speaker, I asked the lady at the front desk if someone could check the security cameras to see who entered my room the first 2 nights of my stay, I was working nights and was in the room during the day and had dnd sigh on door the entire time but she never got back with me. Very disappointing

It was clean and that was about all that was good about it. It had no indoor pool or hot tub and the hotel had the outdoor pool closed for the season. The beds were rock hard. It hurt my ribs to lay on it. The door had been jimmied before and just painted over. The tavern across the street was entertaining to watch the fights in the parking lot. We didnt get breakfast so i cant tell you if it existed or not. What a waste of my points.

The WORST place to stay, do not stay here. Our first room, we couldn’t even get in for a few minutes because it was stuck until we pushed it in with some force. The toilet was not working so we had to try to get them to fix it. They didn’t. They put us in another room that you would think is better, but it wasn’t. The room was somehow worse than the first one. There were dead ants on the bed, the bathtub drain was blocked and would not let water out. You have to wait a while in between showers for the water to go down, the ceiling in the bathroom was leaking, the bathroom door was just a piece of wood, the towel rack was broken and was hanging off the wall, the floors were dirty and you could feel the dust under you’re feet if you didn’t wear slippers for even a second. And in both rooms, our doors couldn’t lock properly unless you slightly lifted the door. The room literally looked like it was still under construction….. this place shouldn’t even be on Expedia! Don’t book!

We booked thru hotels.com got a king room that showed a couch we had 4 adults booked it paid cash at hotel told them we had 4 adults then told them we had no couch they said no rooms have couch so we got a air mattress this was 7:30 at 12:30 in the morning they called our room so we have to get out they don’t allow 4 in king room was very rude so he didn’t care where I booked and he was calling police if I didn’t go. He called they came and didn’t make us leave but they didn’t come tell us that either so we were up very very late. Very disappointed and they showed continental breakfast and they had muffins only

There wasn’t a stay. We booked the room on hotels.com (which took our money IMMEDIATELY) got to the hotel property to check in & the hotel has signs up that says we’ve been close since April 6th, no one was answering the phone, couldn’t get in touch with the hotel manager so I had to call the 1-800 number on hotels.com to get transferred to another room
