The Hideout community offers several restaurants and entertainment, plus a host of amenities including a private golf course (9 hole), mini golf, swimming (2 heated pools and 3 lakes), tiki bar overlooking the Lake, indoor/outdoor tennis courts, fitness center, game room, baseball field, basketball courts, rowboats and canoes available to rent, an arts & crafts center, playgrounds and daily activities for kids and families. In the winter you can use the private ski hill, private tubing hill or ice skating rink. Local areas include: Axe throwing 4m, Paws & Claws (zoo) 5m; Lake Wallenpaupack 10m; Hawley 10m; Honesdale 15m; two major ski areas 30 min; Crossings Premium Outlets 30 min. The house is under an hour away from local ski resorts - Camelback, Big Boulder, Elk Mountain, Montage and Jack Frost. This house is perfect for a family reunion or to get together with friends. The rental does provide linens. Sorry, no smoking. ****Please Note: This home is located in a secured, gated, private community. You will need to fill out a rental contract and agree to the community and house rules. This will need to be completed and signed, (to include the names, ages, addresses and relationships to you for all of your guests) for entrance into the community. This will need to be completed within 72 hours of your arrival or the community will assess a $100 late fee that you will be responsible for. Any violations will be subject to citations from the community and possible eviction from the property. It will be sent to you by our property manager upon booking. You may not exceed the max amount of people allowed and there are no more than 4 cars allowed in the driveway. No other guests can visit the lot while you are there.
