WHAT TO LOOK FOR WHEN BOOKING A SKI PROPERTY: 1) Look for lots of pictures to see as much of the home as possible - 2) Look for mid-mountain access - makes it easy to beat base drive-up traffic to get 'First Tracks' Our Empire Pass home is mid-mountain. 3) Look for a newer property - Empire Pass was recently built, with modern kitchens and amenities - at same rates as older properties 4) Look for nice quality amenities - we offer a free Mercedes Van shuttle to take you to downtown Park City, and Park City Mountain Resort. 5) Look for good ski in ski out access - our townhome is the closest rental townhome to the ski runs in Empire Pass. 6) Look for space to spread out- our townhome is 3150 square feet, much larger than most 4-bdrm condos (at about 2000 sqft) in Empire Pass. We are located just 10 mintus to nearby Park City Mountain Resort, and right on Deer Valley resort. Also within 45 minutes of Utah's Alta, Snowbird, SnowBasin, Solidtude, and Brighton ski resorts.
