HOUSE RULES: - Travelers must be at least 18 years of age to book. - Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a 300€ penalty. - It is imperative that guests adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times. Failure to do so will result in a fee of 10€ per hour. - Please be respectful of the neighbours: Parties/events, illegal activity, and excessive noise are prohibited. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. - Only guests listed in your reservation are allowed. - Moving furniture or setting up tents/other structures are not allowed. - We prioritize ensuring our operations are running smoothly, and are doing our best to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service therefore, we are unable to assume liability when there are issues provided and managed by a third-party entity. - You agree to cover any charge related to damages during their stay or cover necessary extra cleaning charges if needed after your stay. - You are required to provide a government ID during the online check-in process. - Parties are strictly prohibited, and any violation will result in immediate removal from the premises and a penalty of 500 euros. Please maintain a quiet environment out of respect for our community.
